RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with CITRUS.

Because of the nature of our products and operations, all sales are final. CITRUS does not generally accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

APPAREL & MERCHANDISE

All apparel and merchandise sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, color preference, change of mind, or other personal preference.

Please review product descriptions and available sizing information carefully before purchasing.

 

CITRUS, JUICE & PERISHABLE GOODS

All CITRUS™, juice, beverage, food, and other perishable product sales are final.

For health, safety, and product-quality reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, pickup, or delivery.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales of digital products, downloads, e-books, guides, and other electronically delivered content are final once access or delivery has been provided.

Digital purchases are nonreturnable and nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law.

If a technical issue prevents you from receiving or accessing content you purchased, contact us so we can assist with access or delivery.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Our all-sales-final policy does not prevent you from contacting us if there is a genuine problem with your order.

If an item was damaged before or during delivery, you received an incorrect item, a product is defective, or another fulfillment error occurred, contact us promptly and provide:

• Your name

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photographs where reasonably necessary

CITRUS will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund, return, exchange, replacement, or store credit.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins and only when cancellation remains operationally possible.

Once an order has entered preparation, fulfillment, delivery, pickup preparation, digital delivery, or other final processing, it cannot generally be canceled.

 

ALL SALES FINAL

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases made through CITRUS™, or our associated websites, ordering platforms, pickup locations, and sales channels are final and nonrefundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.
